Heart Evangelista landed in the top five of the Top Key Voices list of Milan Fashion Week 2026 Fall/Winter 2026.
According to the influencer marketing platform Lefty on Instagram, the Global Fashion Icon placed fifth in the list, generating $8.6 million in earned media value (EMV) and an average engagement rate of 2.5%.
The other personalities in the list are Thai actress Faye Peraya, Thai actress and singer Tipnaree Weerawatnodom, Thai actor Naravit Lertratkosum, and Aespa’s Karina.
According to Lefty, EMV is a metric used to measure the impact of one's social media presence. It represents the "estimated cost of achieving equivalent reach through paid advertising."
Last year, Heart was named the top celebrity at Paris Fashion Week by Launchmetrics, garnering the highest media value ($3.8M).
Following Milan Fashion Week 2026, Heart graced Paris Fashion Week 2026, where she delivered some scene-stealing looks with her mother, Cecilia Ongpauco, by her side.
The second season of her reality show “Heart World” premiered on March 7.
